In 1997 this wonderful community of beautiful three bedroom, Mediterranean style, tiled roof homes was built in the Tops’l Beach and Racquet Club in Miramar Beach. Each of these sixteen executive class spacious houses is at least two thousand square feet and features a screened porch and a private garage. Some of these homes have heated swimming pools. Sierra Dunes is part of the Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort, a gated community, and is afforded the use of all of the amenities of the resort, including the lighted nature trail, a fitness center, an indoor racquetball court, tennis courts, and use of the complimentary tram service.
