The Tops’l Tennis Village is a collection of sixty five lovely two and three bedroom courtside villas built in 1984 and 1986. Each of these units has its own fireplace for enjoying cool winter evenings, a terrace or deck, and covered parking. This community of villas is part of the Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort, a gated community, and is afforded the use of all of the amenities of the resort, including the lighted nature trail, a fitness center, an indoor racquetball court, tennis courts, and use of the complimentary tram service.
